Efficiency of teams
Competing or changing goals, personal preferences, power issues, language barriers, conflicting values - there are many reasons why teams do not live up to the expectations originally defined. Team members can often name the relevant "disturbing factors". However, a constructive exchange about them is rarely successful.
This is where coopartner comes in. We clarify the situation with everyone involved through discussion and within the framework of the assignment given from you. Transparent, respectful and confidential. We do not sell ready-made solutions. Instead, we turn those involved into those affected thus enabling people to become more aware of their individual capabilities and how to use them in a team-supporting manner.
#2
Promoting individual competencies in the team
Managing projects often requires a change in roles, even if only temporarily. The beginning seems relatively simple: a friendly invitation letter, a team kick-off, an appeal to shared responsibility – and then?
Then, from coopartner's point of view, it is high time to talk with you about your understanding of the task to be solved. What your expectations are. What strengths you can bring to the table. How you would like to shape your relationships within the team. coopartner's goal is clear: to set the course so that you grow with the task - and with the team!

Psychological & occupational diagnostics
Validated diagnostic tests round off coopartner's range of services. We focus on individual stress management and individual aspects of job-related diagnostics (social skills as well as perception and judgment preferences).
All tests used by coopartner are based on validated norm values. The reliability of these tests is in the medium to upper range, i.e. internal consistencies ("Cronbach's Alpha") between α = .66 and .92.
We offer the participation in our tests on request and on an individual and confidential basis. Our experience is that the final evaluation meeting leads participants to further valuable insights. Take the test yourself!
