2025: UN International Year of Cooperatives

The United Nations (UN) has declared 2025 the International Year of Cooperatives in order to strengthen the idea of cooperation. The main aim of the campaign is nothing less than to improve the lives of all people. This shall be achieved by creating a favorable political environment for cooperatives, by targeted training of appropriate managers and a generally improved cooperation within cooperatives.
